Terms of Service

1. Educational tool only

Get Wealthy OS is an educational financial organization tool. It does not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, or credit advice, and we are not a bank, broker, or financial advisor. Forecasts, allocations, and suggestions are estimates based on information you enter and may be inaccurate. Consult a licensed professional for advice specific to your situation. The Service never moves money for you.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. You must verify your email address to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and free trial

• Plans: Monthly at $29 per month or Annual at $290 per year (current founding member prices in USD, plus any applicable taxes). Prices may change as described in Section 4.
• New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. A payment card is required to start the trial.
• Automatic renewal: unless you cancel before the trial ends, your trial automatically converts to the paid plan you selected, and your card is charged. Your subscription then renews automatically at the same price and frequency each month or year until you cancel.
• Before starting a trial you confirm, by checking a box, that you understand the trial becomes a paid, automatically renewing subscription. We keep a record of that agreement.

4. Price changes

Current prices are founding member prices and are not guaranteed forever. If we change the price of your plan, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. The new price applies from your next renewal after that date. If you do not want to pay the new price, you can cancel before it applies and you will not be charged it.

5. How to cancel

You can cancel anytime online: go to Settings → Billing → Manage billing, then choose Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current trial or billing period, and you keep access until then. You can also email support@getwealthyconsulting.com for help cancelling.

6. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing.

8. Your data

You own the financial information you enter. If your subscription ends, your data is kept so you can return, unless you ask us to delete it. See our Privacy Policy.

9. Bank connections (optional)

Some accounts may be offered the option to connect a bank through Plaid Inc. ("Plaid"). Connecting is optional; manual entry always works. Before connecting you must give consent on a screen that explains what is accessed, and two-step verification is required. You sign in to your bank through Plaid; we never see your bank password. Access is read-only: we receive account names, balances and transactions, and the Service can never move money. Plaid’s End User Privacy Policy applies to Plaid’s handling of your data. You can disconnect a bank anytime in the app, which revokes access at Plaid; imported data is deleted immediately or after 30 days, as you choose.

10. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Wealthy Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for financial decisions you make using the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new date above and notify you of material changes.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
